All monies and other liabilities due under or in connection with the transaction documents (as defined) and all monies and other liabilities due or to become due from the company to the chargee due under the ctsi no.1 Agreement as amended varied and supplemented by the deed of amendment provided that the applicable amount shall not be greater than the value of the securities (as defined) at the relevant time less the amounts applied or to be applied under article 8 (6) (b) (I) and article 8 (6) (b) (ii) of the security interests (jersey) law 1983
