Turnover is measured at the fair value of consideration received or receivable. Revenue from property sales is recognised if completed in the year or if properties are contracted to be sold where completion after the year end is certain. |

Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date. |
