These financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime and in accordance with Section 1A of FRS 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland'.
In accordance with section 444 of the Companies Act 2006, the income statement has not been delivered.

General information
The company is a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales. The address of the registered office is Bankside 300, Peachman way, Broadland Business Park, Norwich, Norfolk, NR7 0LB, United Kingdom.

Statement of compliance
These financial statements have been prepared in compliance with Section 1A of FRS 102, 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland'.

Accounting policies
Basis of preparation
In preparing the financial statements for the current year, the company has adopted the guidance set out in the following ICAEW technical release. Technical release 03/11 - Residential Service Charge Accounts In accordance with technical release 03/11 service charge monies received from residents of 24 Eccleston Square do not form part of the annual accounts of the company as all service charge monies received from the residents of 24 Eccleston Square are held on trust for the residents.
Income statement
The company is dormant as defined by section 1169 of the Companies Act 2006. The company received no income and incurred no expenditure during the current year or prior year and therefore no income statement is presented within these financial statements. There have been no movements in shareholders funds during the current year or prior year.
Tangible assets
This represents the value of each leaseholder's interest in their sub-under lease in the land and buildings at 24 Eccleston Square, stated at cost.
