1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |

ACCOUNTING CONVENTION |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
|
PREPARATION OF CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS |
The company, its subsidiary and parent, comprise a small group. The company has therefore taken advantage |
of the exemption provided by section 398 of the Companies Act 2006 not to prepare consolidated group |
accounts. |
|
GOING CONCERN |
The directors are continuing to review any sites they locate for possible development activity and are not |
intending to cease trading. The company is considered to be able to meet its immediate financial commitments |
as they fall due and, as a result, the going concern basis of accounting has been adopted. |
