During 1997 the company acquired the freehold of the development at Dovecote Gardens for a total |
consideration, including professional fees, of £18,591. This has partly been financed by contributions received |
from individual dwelling holders totalling £16,300 (2015: £16,300) which amount has been credited to a Capital |
Reserve. |
