Accounting convention
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with FRS 102 “The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland” (“FRS 102”) and the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 as applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The disclosure requirements of section 1A of FRS 102 have been applied other than where additional disclosure is required to show a true and fair view.

Related party transactions
During the year, the company paid rent to the director totalling £30,000 (2018 - £30,000).
A personal guarantee was provided by the director for the bank loan with a balance of £2,643 (2018 - £7,746) during the year.
During the year, the company paid £158,183 (2018 - £142,265) to a Chinese entity controlled by the director.
As at the balance sheet date, the company was owed £11,660 by a company controlled by the director, this amount is included in other debtors.
