7. | RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES |

The company, in previous years, made loans to Ecotime Services Limited, a company with which it shares |
common ownership and control. The balance outstanding in favour of Farmdale Properties Limited at the balance |
sheet date was £8,200 (2016: £8,200). |

The company also owed £1,571,837 (2016: £1,571,871) to the holding company, Yoav Rubinstein Properties |
Limited, at the balance sheet date. |
