Amount secured
All monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee under and by virtue of:-(a) clause 4.7 of a transfer of the property (as defined below) dated 12TH december 1996 and made between the company and the chargee ("the transfer"); (b) clause 5.1 of the transfer but only to the extent such monies are payable as a result of a relevant land disposal (as defined in the transfer) of the whole or any part or parts of the property; together with interest (in accoradance with clause 7 of the transfer), costs and expenses (determined on a full indemnity basis), including any incurred under the charge or by any receiver appointed under the charge
Short particulars
1. by way of legal mortgage and with full title guarantee the property with all buildings from time to time thereon together with certain rights and subject to certain reservations set out in the charge. 2. by way of fixed charge and assignment and with full title guarantee all rents on the creation date or thereafter owing to the company in respect of the property (but so as not to constitute the chargee a mortgagee in possession).
