(as defined therein)
Short particulars
The company charged with full title guarantee by way of first fixed charge the real property, the tangible moveable property and the intellectual property and goodwill belonging to the company on 14 may 2001 or at any time thereafter. The company assigned with full title guarantee all the company's right and title to and interest in the property rights, the insurance, the debts, the accounts, the investments, the uncalled capital and the section 238, 239 and 244 orders. The company charged with full title guarantee by way of first floating charge the whole of the company's undertaking and assets, present and future, other than any assets on may 2001 and from time to time thereafter effectively charge to the security holder by way of fixed charge or effectively assigned (whether at law or in equity) to the security holder or otherwise subject to an effectie fixed security in favour of the security holder.
