1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |

Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial |
Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |

The accounts do not include a cash flow statement because the company, as a small reporting entity, is exempt from the |
requirement to prepare such a statement under Financial Reporting Standard "Cash flow statements". |

Turnover |
Turnover represents service charges and rents receivable. |
|
Investment property |
Investment property is shown at cost since the directors do not believe there to be any benefit from carrying out a |
revaluation of the property portfolio for the purposes of these accounts. |

Pensions |
The company operates a defined contribution pension scheme. Contributions payable for the year are charged in the profit |
and loss account. |
