Investments comprise of freehold commercial property. The fair value of the investment property is based on valuations carried out in August 2018 by Stiles Harold Williams, Chartered Surveyors or February 2018 by Vail Williams, Chartered Surveyors, neither companies are connected. The valuations were made on an open market value basis by reference to evidence of transaction prices for similar properties.
