The group has inevitably suffered the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic but is working with the tenants of its properties to help them with the issues arising from the current unprecedented situation. By adopting this approach and with the help of assistance provided by the bank, the directors feel that the group can meet the current challenges going forward and the financial statements have therefore been prepared accordingly on the going concern basis.
