Short particulars
All receivables meaning all moneys due or owing to the company under any contract in respect of sale of goods or products acquired by the company irrespective of whether the acquisition (in whole or in part) by the compaqny has been financed directly or indirectly by the chargee or in respect of any breach of such contract or any debts from time to time hereafter becoming due to the company from any such person in respect of such person purchasing or agreeing to purchase such goods or underall guarantees bonds and indemnities promissory notes cheques bills of exchange undertakings documentary or standby letters of credit whether or not confirmed or sililar instruments or under any policy of insurance in respect of such goods or under any security or guarantee given in favour of the company.
