All monies due or to become due from the obligors to the finance parties on any account whatsoever under the terms of the aforementioned instrument creating or evidencing the charge

In security of the secured obligations the chargor with full title guarantee assigns the benefit and future and present rights under the partnership agreement in favour of the security agent & negative pledge.
