All the companys rights and interest in the sub-cases listed in the schedule annexed to doc-M15. Together with all monies now or hereafter payable or becoming payable under the sub-leases together with the benefit of all guarantees in demities negotiable instruments and securities taked out by the company in connection with the sub leases subject to the rights of the leasses under the said sub-leases.
