All the company's rights and interests in the sub-leases listed in the schedule of sub-leases shown on sheets attached to the assignment tog. With all monies now or hereafter payable or becoming payable under the said sub-leases and together with the benefit of all guarantees indemnities requitable instruments and securities taken by the company in connection with the said sub-leases subject only to the rights of the lessees under the said sub-leases.
