All monies at the date of the charge or at any time thereafter standing to the credit of each reinsurance deposit or other account, any account opened by the bank pursuant to clause 3(c) or 11(b) of the charge or any other account referred to in clause 13 of the charge and in each case all entitlements to interest and other rights and benefits accruing to or arising in connection with such monies.
