By way of specific charge its equipment and inventory, investments, debts, intellectual property, licenses, deeds, documents, goodwill, policies, compensation monies, covenants, all proceeds of a capital nature, all rights and claims against all lessees, contracts, agreements or licenses. By way of a floating charge all the undertaking and assets of the company whatsoever and wheresoever both present and future.
