LTD under the operative documents (as defined therein) and j l excellent lease co. LTD to any person under the residual obligations agreement (as defined therein).

All rights, title interest and benefit present and future of the assignor under, in and to the guarantee of general electric company to the assignor contained in a letter agreement dated 30.11.90 between the assignor & ge & in article vii of the master equipment lease agreement dated 30.11.90 between the assignor as lessor & ge as lessee, and, in each case, all sums payable by ge pursuant thereto (see form 395 for full details).
