Any and all monies,liabilities and obligations due or to become due from icarus aviation limited (the lessee) to the chargee under the lease,the sale of receivables agreement,the variation agreement and the security agreement;by the company to the chargee under the sub-lease and the security agreement acknowledgement;by skyservice fbo inc., (The sub-sub-lessee) to the chargee under the sub-sub-lease agreement,the sub-sub-lease agreement assignment and the acknowledgement of the assignment of sub-sub-lease;by the lessee,the company and the sub-sub-lessee to the chargee under any other operative document to which they are respectively a party
