Any and all moneys liabilities and obligations(whether actual or contingent,whether now existing or hereafter arising whether or not for the payment of money and including without limitation any obligation or liability to pay damages) from time to time owing by icarus aviation limited(the lessee) to the chargee under the lease the sale of receivables agreement the variation agreement and the security agreement by monarch airlines limited to the chargee under the sub lease and the security agreement aknowledgement by the sub sub lessee to the chargee the assignment of guarantee and the aknowledgement of assignment of sub sub lease by icarus aviation limited(the lessee),monarch airlines limited and the sub sub lessee to the chargee under any other operative document to which they are respectively a party
