A pledge on each negotiable instrument and on each bill of lading warrant delivery order wharfinger's or other warehouse keeper's certificate or receipt policies and certificates of insurance and upon the documents of title and the produce and goods to which they relate a first fixed charge over all present and future contracts entered into in connection with pledged goods and over guarantees letters of credit letters of indemnity and other obligations from third parties with respect to such pledged goods.
