Short particulars
If any intra-group creditor receives any sum in relation to any intra-group liability other than pursuant to clause 9.5 of the deed, that sum shall be promptly paid to the security trustee for application in accordance with the terms of the deed, and pending such payment it shall be held on trust for the security trustee..
