The aggregate principal amount of a loan not exceeding us$35,000,000 due to the banks (as defined in a credit facility agreement dated 23RD december 1997 made between (1) alpharma as and dumex-alpharma a/s (the borrowers), (2) the banks, (3) union bank of norway as arranger (the arranger) and (4) union bank of norway as agent (the agent)) and all other monies due from the borrowers to the banks pursuant to the credit facility agreement
